Asimismo, participará en la gestión de reservas, atención personalizada al cliente, organización de briefings, eventos privados y mejora continua de la experiencia CLOS. Valoramos especialmente experiencia en restaurantes gastronómicos, establecimientos reconocidos por la Guía Michelin, Fine Dining u hoteles 5*, así como conocimientos de gastronomía, vino e inglés profesional. No es imprescindible haber ocupado previamente la posición de Maître. También queremos conocer a segundos maîtres, assistant restaurant managers, head waiters o jefes de sector sénior preparados para asumir el siguiente paso en su carrera.
